Arconic sold Kawneer Europe to Mutares. During this acquisition it was decided to rebrand Kawneer Europe to Novastruct Europe.
Novastruct UK is planned to officially launch in Q2 2026.
No. Manufacturing at the Runcorn site will be decommissioned, with production moved to the company’s advanced manufacturing facility in the Netherlands.
There will be selected updates to the product range as Novastruct UK develops its offer, while many core solutions will remain familiar.
