Introduction
Specifically designed for high rise Residential applications, but suitable for multiple markets, the new AA®720 Accessibility Window featuring a Two-Stage Opening Vent.

It features an operation handle positioned at the bottom of the vent for easy access and control which also meets the Lifetime Homes standard. The vent can be opened in two stages:

Stage 1 allows the window to open in to 100mm, providing natural ventilation and compliance with Document F
Stage 2 enables the window to be fully opened in with a key, allowing for thorough cleaning and purge ventilation

The restrictor mechanism automatically re-engages the window when closed for safety.

The AA®720 Two-Stage Open-In Accessibility Window

was developed to provide flexible accommodation for the lifetime of a building, either home or office.
